The program is the fourth, and probably the last version of the Emoticon maker serie.It was developped with GameMaker 5.2 and 5.3 beta (www.gamemaker.nl). The zipped file size is about 780.87 kB and the executable is about 1.60 MB.
The program offical release was on April second. It took about 4 months to developpe (note that it was inspired from previous versions of the program).
