Photocopier lets you can scan in black and white, in gray scales or in colour and then make copy of files with small way.Scanning in black and white is fastest and produces the smallest files. Scanning in colour is slow, produces larger files and results in more memory consumption.
Therefore Photocopier normally reduces the scanning resolution when you choose to scan in gray scales or colour, to cut scanning time, file sizes and memory requirements. Resulting copies however will be somewhat less sharp.
